Of course, one can also pray in one's heart.

We will then conclude by chanting "Re'fa Na La" all together.

who serves as the Rabbi of Kehillat Birkat Shalom

located in Kibbutz Gezer;

since Miri Gold's ordination as a Reform Rabbi in 1999,

she has been struggling to attain a legal status

equivalent to that enjoyed by 16 others Rabbis

who serve the people living in the Gezer Regional Council

on the State's payroll.

For All Kehillah Members –
We Have Established a Kehillah Tomechet,
or Supportive Community Network.
Its purpose is to improve communication between us so that we may meet members' needs better – be it during a simcha or at times of illness or sorrow. There exists today a telephone network which you can turn to and which we will publish at the beginning of the New Year. In the meantime, if you are in need or know someone who needs assistance or just a kind word, please contact
Orly Dreman at 052-3326938 or Selma Reiff at 5637915.

Center for Recycling Electronic Waste in Israel!

Instead of letting old electronic appliances & intruments pollute the environment & watter supplies, bring them all to the collection point in the parking lot of the Bloomfield Science Museum Jerusalem!

See list of recyclable items you can bring at:

http://www.snunit-recycling.com/

In addition, please pass this information on to your family & friends.

  Reminder:

Throughout the year it is possible to honor dear ones
on happy occasions or to cherish the memory of
a loved one by contributing to one of the Kehillah funds:
New Building, Tzedakah, Torah Scroll Repair,
  the Mordecai M. Kaplan Center,
the Ezri Uval Music Center,
or the General Fund.
A card will be sent to those honored.

Please remember to bring your bottles & batteries to the Kehillah for recycling!

Reminder: Kehillah members can find mail (including receipts), and leave messages for the office, in the box at the entrance to the Prayer Hall. This helps us save on postage. Please check when you come to services.
